Jenny Mollica
Director of Strategy and Engagement
Jenny leads the ENO’s work on the strategic design and development of this pioneering programme, ENO Breathe, in close collaboration with Imperial College Healthcare Trust.
Sarah Elkin
Lead Doctor
Sarah is a respiratory consultant and director of integrated care at Imperial NHS trust and the lead doctor on this programme. Sarah has been key in designing the programme and bringing in her medical expertise.
Suzi Zumpe

Creative Director
An experienced educator, facilitator and singing specialist, Suzi is interested in people, music, connections and learning by stealth. She has designed the session content and resources for this programme as Creative Director, and leads some of the groups as a Session Leader.
Harriet Owles
Respiratory Doctor
Harriet is a respiratory doctor at Imperial College NHS Trust. Harriet has supported the design of the programme, ensuring that the programme is medically safe and suitable for participants, analysing participants’ survey results and feedback to ensure that we are continuously optimising the programme.
Beth Warnock
Head of Department, ENO Engage
As Head of Department, Beth works closely with Jenny on the strategy and any future projects inspired by ENO Breathe.
Tanja Pagnuco
Programme Manager
Tanja is a Programme Manager at ENO, responsible for the Adult Community and Arts & Health programme area within ENO Engage department.
Katie Bruce
Project Manager (on maternity leave)
Katie is the ENO Breathe Project Manager, she oversees the everyday delivery and ongoing development of the project which involves everything from maintaining the project schedule, managing and developing new NHS partnerships, and supporting the team of freelancers who lead the sessions.
Anya Chomacki
Project Manager (Maternity Cover)
After a year working on the programme as Project Coordinator, Anya has now taken on the ENO Breathe Project Manager maternity cover role and is leading on the delivery and partnership management of the programme. She also manages the day to day planning and logistics, from liaising with participants to scheduling the freelance project team, as well as attending sessions and supporting the evaluation of the programme.
