Verity Wingate studied at the Guildhall and Royal Academy of Music, and is the recipient of several awards and scholarships. She joined the Opera Studio at Dutch National Opera in September 2019, after her guest appearance as Elisetta Il matrimonio Segreto, where she has performed Anna Nabucco alongside Anna Pirozzi as Abigaille, and the world premiere of Willem Jeths’ Ritratto, in which she took the lead role of Italian socialite Luisa Casati Stampa di Soncino.
