Mari Wyn Williams
Welsh soprano Mari Wyn Williams is a graduate of the Wales International Academy of Voice where she studied with international tenor Dennis O’Neill. In 2013 she won third place at the Montserrat Caballe Competition in Zaragoza.
Other competitions successes include finalist at the London Wagner competition and finalist at the Elizabeth Connell competition in Sydney, and she is the recipient of The Mastersingers’ Carole Rees Scholarship, 2018.
Recent performances include: Woglinde Das Rheingold (Longborough Festival Opera); Fiordiligi Così fan tutte (Swansea City Opera); title role Tosca (Tobacco Factory, Bristol); Helmwige Die Walküre (Grange Park Opera); Woglinde Götterdämmerung (The Mastersingers); Flower Maiden Parsifal (Saffron Opera Group).
