Carol Grant
Choreographer
Carol Grant was born in Cheshire and won a scholarship to the Royal Academy of Dancing at the age of 10 and then continued training at Royal Ballet School. Since 2001 she has been Head of Movement at ENO.

Career Highlights
Carol joined London Festival Ballet (now English National Ballet) as a soloist for she danced many leading roles, including the Sugar Plum Fairy and Snow Queen in The Nutcracker, Swanilda in Coppelia, and Aurora in The Sleeping Beauty. She performed these roles as a guest artist in several ballet companies abroad.
Carol has appeared in many operas at Glyndebourne, ROH and ENO, dancing solo roles in A Night In Venice, Capriccio, Christmas Eve and Die Fledermaus.
Since leaving the ballet company, she has performed in various musicals, pantomimes and films. She danced in the first performance of Jonathan Miller’s Mikado, and the following eight revivals.
