Fleur Barron makes her ENO debut in The Valkyrie in 2021.

Notable operatic engagements: Olga Eugene Onegin (Garsington Opera; Opéra de Toulon); Mercédès Carmen (Opéra de Monte-Carlo); La Zelatrice Suor Angelica (in concert, Berliner Philharmoniker/Petrenko); Orphée Orphée et Eurydice (Cape Town Opera), Suzuki Madama Butterfly, Fenena Nabucco (Opéra National de Montpellier); Baba the Turk The Rake’s Progress (La Monnaie; Aldeburgh Festival); Balkis Barkouf (Opéra National du Rhin); Maddalena Rigoletto (Northern Ireland Opera); First Witch Dido and Aeneas (Aix-en-Provence); Marguerite La damnation de Faust (St Endellion Festival); Anna I/II The Seven Deadly Sins (Tanglewood); Carmen (Aspen Music Festival).

She has given numerous recitals throughout the UK, and for Chamber Music Northwest, Leeds Lieder, Oxford Lieder Festival, and at the Amsterdam Concertgebouw and Aix-en-Provence.

Concerts include Stravinsky’s Pulcinella (Munich Philharmonic/Hannigan), Pergolesi’s Stabat Mater (Orchestre Régional de Normandie), Bernstein’s Songfest (BBCSO), Berlioz arias and Les Nuits d’été (Malaysian Philharmonic), and Vaughan Williams’s Serenade to Music (Chicago Symphony Orchestra).

Current/future engagements include:
Carmen (Arizona Opera); Hansel (Oviedo); Ottavia L’incoronazione di Poppea (Aix-en-Provence); Polina The Queen of Spades (Opéra de Toulon); as well as a US tour with Julius Drake, Winterreise (Spain) and several recordings.
