The brief
Ms Example wants to bring 30 of her corporate clients to a show.
She likes the Ellis Room, and wants to make it feel special with premium hospitality options.
She wants to come to It’s a Wonderful Life in the next few weeks, but isn’t sure which weekday performance.
She fills out the enquiry form, and we take care of the rest.
The Proposal
The next day, her dedicated Event Manager gets in touch with a proposal.
The Ellis Room is available at several performances.
Her Event Manager recommends the following flow for the evening, which Ms Example loves:
Time | Activity |
5.50pm | Guests can collect tickets from the Invited Guests Collection Point. Coats and bags left safely in the Ellis Room. |
6pm | Guests go on an exclusive tour of the historic London Coliseum. |
6.30pm | Champagne and canapés are served in the Ellis Room. |
7.30pm | Guests take their seats for the show – Curtain Up! |
Interval | Guests enjoy premium wines and more canapés in the Ellis Room. |
10pm | Curtain Down, guests grab their belongings from the Ellis Room and we wish everyone a safe journey home. |
The Next Steps
Ms Example confirms her preferred date and her Event Manager books in everything – the room hire, the tickets, the programmes and hospitality.
Ms Example requests a TV in the room to she can play a short video during the reception.
Her Event Manager sorts that out at no cost.
Ms Example pays a deposit by credit/debit card or BACs transfer.
A few days before her event, she shares the guestlist with her Event Manager.
On the night
Ms Example arrives 10 minutes before the guests.
Her Event Manager is at her dedicated ticketing desk, with everything needed.
She notices the signage for the event includes her corporate logo, which is a nice touch.
The TV is set up in the Ellis Room and all she needs to do is plug her laptop in.
Ms Example can now enjoy the hospitality in the Ellis Room instead of sorting ticketing and tech.
Her Event Manager welcomes the guests, provides ticketing and gets them ready for the tour.
After the fascinating tour, the guests enjoy a generous pour of Laurent-Perrier Champagne and tray-service canapés, asking their tour guide any further questions.
Ms Example forgot to ask for nibbles for the room – her Event Manager fixes that in just a few minutes.
Ten minutes before the show starts, her Event Manager tops up everyone’s glasses and shows them to their seats.
After a spellbounding Act I, the guests retire to the Ellis Room and enjoy a great selection of premium wines and a rather tasty dessert bite.
Act II is even more wow than Act I.
Guests swing by the Ellis Room at the end to collect their coats and bags, and we wish them all a safe journey home.
After the night-of
A few days later Ms Example’s Event Manager gets in touch with her invoice.
This includes any extras Ms Example might request on the night itself.
Ms Example pays by debit/credit card or BACs, and starts looking at what’s coming up next on the London Coliseum stage!
